We provide regular cleaning of communal entrances, hallways, lifts and other shared areas, helping to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Our cleaning schedules are agreed to suit each property's requirements, with attention to floors, surfaces, entrance areas and frequently touched fittings.

Staircase & Landing Cleaning

We maintain communal staircases and landings, including carpeted stairs, hard flooring, handrails, balustrades and other regularly used surfaces.

Particular attention is given to corners, edges and detailed areas that contribute to the overall presentation of the building.

Additional Cleaning Projects
